Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Storykido service and the purchase of personalized books (digital and printed) on storykido.app.

By creating an account or placing an order, you accept these Terms in their entirety.

Storykido offers a service for creating personalized illustrated books for children. The user provides photos of their child and personalization information (name, age, theme). The service uses artificial intelligence to generate a unique story and illustrations featuring the child's facial features.

Available products:

• Digital book (PDF): downloadable high-resolution PDF file
• Printed book: 20x20 cm hardcover book, printed and shipped to your home
• Duo Pack: 2 identical physical books

Using the service requires creating an account. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information.

Account creation is free. Some features are subject to payment.

Prices are indicated in euros (EUR) including all taxes. Payment is made by credit card via our secure provider Stripe. The order is confirmed after payment validation.

Storykido reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Changes do not apply to already confirmed orders.

Digital book: available for download from your personal space after validation. An email will be sent with the PDF.

Printed book: printed by our partner and shipped to the specified address. Delivery time: 7 to 14 business days depending on destination.

Storykido cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to the carrier.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized digital content provided on an intangible medium whose execution has begun with the consumer's agreement.

For printed books, being personalized goods manufactured to your specifications, the right of withdrawal does not apply either.

In case of printing defects (missing pages, manufacturing error, damaged book), contact us within 14 days of receipt for a replacement.

Story texts and illustrations are generated by artificial intelligence from your parameters and photos.

You hold a personal, non-commercial use license for the content of your books. You may print, share, and give them freely.

The Storykido brand, logo, interface, and source code remain the exclusive property of Storykido.

Stories and illustrations are automatically generated by AI. Storykido does not guarantee that the result will exactly match your expectations. Each book is a unique creation.

Storykido reserves the right to refuse or remove any content contrary to the law or third-party rights.

Storykido is committed to providing the service with diligence. However, the service is provided "as is". Storykido cannot be held liable for temporary service interruptions, AI generation results, or issues related to third-party providers.

You can delete your account at any time from your settings. Deletion permanently erases your photos, illustrations, and books. Order data is retained in anonymized form for accounting purposes.

These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.

In accordance with consumer protection law, you may use consumer mediation services free of charge.
